Grandma was my first teacher, and her home at Fifty Five Fifteen Kennedy Street in Northwest D.C., my first classroom. I credit her and other Black women educators who taught me and cared for my humanity, inspiring my future research and career in academia.
Fifty Five Fifteen Consulting is built upon this enduring legacy.
