Professor. Author. Speaker.

"Grandma was my first teacher, and Fifty Five Fifteen my first classroom."

Grandma was my first teacher, and her home at Fifty Five Fifteen Kennedy Street in Northwest D.C., my first classroom. I credit her and other Black women educators who taught me and cared for my humanity, inspiring my future research and career in academia.

Fifty Five Fifteen Consulting is built upon this enduring legacy. The consulting, executive training and professional learning services I provide equips corporate clients, institutional leaders, researchers, and educators with the skills and knowledge needed to improve organizational climate, translate diversity goals into measurable outcomes and exercise inclusive, antiracist and equity-minded decision-making.
